Welcome to St. Anne - St. Patrick Parish! Thank you for being a valued part of this community. As we grow together in Christ through worship, prayer, and service, we invite you to deepen your connection with the parish and support one another in faith.
As members of the Body of Christ, we are called to care for one another with compassion, humility, and love. The Eucharistic Home Visitor ministry at St. Anne – St. Patrick reaches out to parishioners who are sick, homebound, or living in nursing homes, helping them stay connected to the life of our parish. It is a privilege and a blessing to serve others in this way.
This ministry takes many forms: bringing the Holy Eucharist to those unable to attend Mass, visiting with parishioners to offer companionship, leading prayer services during the liturgical seasons, and organizing activities—both spiritual and social—that lift hearts and bring joy. Volunteers also extend care through outreach in local nursing homes.
We welcome referrals of parishioners who cannot attend Mass due to illness or limited mobility, whether short-term or long-term. If you know someone in need, or if you feel called to serve in this ministry of presence and encouragement, we invite you to join us.
